The www.criticaldental.com.au website allows instant online ordering 24 hours a day, with Australia-wide shipping. It also offers an Equipment Information Centre. As a result of successful printed advertising catalogues, Critical Dental required an online presence to further promote their brand in the marketplace. The purpose of the website was to not only showcase their wide range of products and services but to also encourage existing and new clients to use this website as a total solution to their dental equipment and consumable requirements. RGC Advertising was briefed on devising a strategic plan which would provide Critical Dental with a tool that could achieve their goals. The first stage was to create a Membership campaign. This was achieved by allowing Critical Dental clients to register online. This subscription was called the “Critical Club”. Joining this club would allow members to receive huge discounts on all products and services and also provide clients the ability to purchase products and consumables via the online shop 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The design and construction of the website would provide Critical Dental with a multitude of statistical information about their clients whilst inventing an income stream in the way of online credit card payments for all consumables. Critical Dental clients have now registered their interest to the Critical Club and a steady stream of new members are registering on a daily basis. Furthermore new clients are being drawn to the website and they are purchasing products via the online shop. The website has been extremely well received in the market place and RGC Advertising is continuing to add to the future growth of this portal. |
