With 10 stores across Sydney, Iku Wholefood is extremely well positioned to be at the forefront in their market.

With the addition of more stores, Iku Wholefood knew it was time to seek an advertising agency that could offer the complete range of services required, to take their brand to the next level.

When Ken Israel & Andrew Hayes contacted RGC Advertising, their brief was simple, “Give us a presence that will enable people to understand our unique messaging and the purpose of our food”.

In order to achieve this, RGC Advertising needed to highlight the products and express how appetising their food is, so a loyalty campaign was created, which encouraged their customers to sample a cross section of their entire product range. Their customers were also prompted to spread the word about healthy eating, by offering discounts when they brought their friends in to sample their food.

Whilst this campaign was running RGC Advertising also launched food sampling at each of their stores. The food was sampled by thousands of people and proved to be an instant success.

The results were seen immediately and customers were extremely excited about returning to the stores to purchase food more frequently.

By implementing a new interactive website, branding, signage, packaging and marketing strategies, RGC Advertising has been able to promote the brand and range of products to a much wider market and set the platform for the roll out of additional franchise stores.
