Brand Revitalisation

“RGC gave us a total solution for our business. RGC’s attention to detail and personalised service was exceptional. In 16 years of business this was the only company that I can say satisfied our needs totally." Danny Mourani

Danny’s - Pizza, Pasta & Ribs (formerly known as Kellyville Pizzeria, was a well established business since 1987. It was extremely successful over the years and produced a fantastic product. However over the last few years, sales were slowly diminishing due to the influx of new players in the local area.

The owner (Danny) contacted us and was extremely focused on moving forward in order to increase sales and more importantly, identify the weaknesses of the business.

This process began with a name change. The way the current name was positioned, it only had the ability to be in the locality of Kellyville, therefor the new name was born “Danny’s - Pizza, Pasta & Ribs.

The new name highlighted the strengths of the business and its customers could recognise immediately what the brand symbolised.

There was a great amount of research and development required and in order for the revitalisation to be successful, Danny’s underwent a Sales Developement program with RGC Advertising. This process consisted of a new Business Plan, Marketing Strategy & Competitor Analysis.

The results of this Sales Development program allowed RGC to highlight the strengths and weaknesses of the brand. From these results RGC was able to provide Danny’s with a series of advertising resources, which consisted of, Brand Naming, logo design, brochure & menu design, shop signage interior & exterior, website holding page. Additional services provided by RGC was advice on the creation of a company manual for staff and training, telemarketing and incentive marketing advice, food sampling, menu pricing and general business advice.

Danny’s was transformed overnight and in the first few days their sales increased by 40%. Over the next few months sales remained consistant and today Danny’s is back to being one of the leading Pizzeria’s in the local area. In late June 2010 Danny’s was sold to another restaurant and Danny was able to exit his business with a healthy profit.
