Manors at Middlerock is a development in Port Stephens, NSW. The development is located in the existing Middlerock holiday resort. This development sells single and double storey dwellings. The homes are all architecturally designed and have all the luxuries one can expect from a development of this kind.

Located approximately 2½ hours north of Sydney, and only 25 minutes from Newcastle airport, the main town of Nelson Bay is easily accessible. Daily flights to and from the airport allow excellent access from Melbourne, Canberra, Brisbane and Sydney.

RGC Advertising devised a plan on what could attract investors both locally and nationally, to this beautiful location. The plan included logo design and corporate identity, magazine advertisements for local publications through to corporate promotional packs, which consisted of full scale brochures and animated mutlimedia DVD’s.

The pitch would sell the idea to potential investors on the area being an accessible destination from anywhere on the east coast. The competitive pricing of these luxury dwellings further emphasised the advantages of this unique investment opportunity.
